BS, BFA, or MS degree in Industrial Design
3 – 5+ years in a collaborative design environment

High proficiency in sketching, CAD software (Primarily Solidworks), 3D / 2D rendering software, fabrication processes.
High proficiency in styling and confidence in creative decisions founded on user research and design references.
Strong understanding of manufacturability and practical applications of creative work.
This role requires a digital native who is comfortable with many different types of software, online project scheduling, time management, and an understanding of how to solve their own everyday technical issues.
Knowledge and experience of CNC programming and operation
Knowledge and interest in rapid prototyping and fabrication (3D printing, mold creation)
Proficient in UI/UX, user research or design strategy
Candidates will be willing to master a variety of tasks from participating in design research, early conceptualization and mechanism brainstorming in addition to detailed part design and manufacturing preparation. You will be working alongside our ID and Brand teams in collaboration on most projects, and will foster your advancement by managing projects of your own.
