We’re seeking an experienced project coordinator that’s self-driven to do great work in a fun and flexible design consultancy environment. While this position is highly selective in terms of talent and ability, it is mostly opportune to candidates who are self-motivated to do great work regardless of the client, project, or day of the week. Required Experience:

Background and proven track record in project coordination / management

3 – 5+ years in a collaborative environment

A thoughtful self-starter eager to contribute their skills and ideas to the optimization of our teams’ collaboration

An inspired, creative thinker with well-organized ability to manage their own tasks and build their own career

A rejector of big corporate structure, meetings about meetings, and the blame game

A perpetual seeker of a better way to get things done

A personable demeanor and a glowing ambassador of our teams

Required Skills:

Ability to spread clear understanding, motivation, and optimism while dissolving potential conflict

Mastery of basic standard OS software and the digital arena, work extremely efficiently digitally and face-to-face

High proficiency in project structuring, team organization, and workflow methodologies

Experience working with project management and CRM software platforms

Strong understanding of practical applications of creative work

This role requires a digital native who is comfortable with many different types of software, online project scheduling, time management, and an understanding of how to solve their own everyday technical issues.

Nice to have:

Formal training in project management techniques and systems

A high level of interest in the design world, creative work, and fabrication processes

Candidates will be willing to master a variety of tasks from hosting project kickoffs, managing ongoing work, proactively avoiding setbacks, communicating with our clients, and ensuring they can’t wait to partner with us again. You will be working inside and outside our ID and Brand teams in collaboration on most projects, and will foster your advancement by managing projects of your own.
